We had been looking to downsize for at least 10 years. We chose Wooddale because of the Stable Path model. When we saw the model we knew it was right for us. The quality of the materials and workmanship was obvious when we toured it. The product itself was something we had been looking for in our effort to downsize. No basement made a lot of sense for us given my double knee replacement surgery I had in 2018. Being Eden Prairie residents for thirty years it also allowed us to “stay where we were.” Our first house in Minnesota is two miles from Stable Path. All things considered it all made too much sense to pass up.
